Everything that we see with our normal eyes begin with a journey in the realm of the unseen. Take for example, the life of a flower which begins beneath the dirt or a tsunami that is triggered by shifts in the earth’s crust that we were not cognisant of and the list can go on and on.
Moreover our nation being salted by violence is just one part that we see with our visible eyes. There are so many other things that go on in the unseen realm that enable this distortion, and as such it behooves us to wear our spiritual goggles, if we are to truly combat in the war at hand.
The weapons that we are currently fighting with are natural tools that will help solve some of the symptoms of our issues, but I dare say the visceral causes are far from being reached if we use only them.
Nineteen murders in seven days, rapes and attacks of many kinds could only be dealt with so much by the law, when there are a myriad number of intricate operations being forged in the realm of the unseen.
Thus why certain methods such as prayer appear to fail and are deemed orthodox, is because we merely recognise its effects in the physical realm. However, such tools do something supreme in the unseen world that bring a halting stop to the darkness around us if we persist.
My advice, therefore, is to see our situation from a different perspective and start using tools such as prayer that can help us combat effectively in the unseen realm. Perhaps if we become steadfast and deft in the use of such tools, we could overturn the darkness that our eyes seldom see and our land can become progressively better.
